cant log in in admin section and cant logout of forum

I am admin but i cant log in to admin section and i cant log out of the forum too!  ???
everytime its says error has occured?

An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again. 

please help me

Try clearing your cache and advise if that has helped.  It happened to me over the weekend.
