Warn (Green Circle) Warns Someone
Moderated (Yellow Circle) Makes Mod/Admin To Approve A Persons Post/Topic.
Mute (Orange Circle) Stops Them From Posting Pming Just Like Postal Ban
Ban (Red Circle) Bans A User From The Forum.
