In SMF I have see that there is an parents approval. But there is only a fax and phone number market.


My idea is that they need to put 2 e-mail. 1 own e-mail address and 1 of the parents e-mail address. And they send an account activation to the parents and to the "kid". So the parents and the "kid" need to activate. So the account is only activate when they both have activate there account. So we can believe they a little bit more and I don't need to pay a fax or a phone (I am from Europe) and e-mail is free.

yep not that hard to have more then one email account
