Hmm, I think you should add it so each person can have there own playlist, or if not, an overall playlist. And a chatbox too, Would be much easier for you to see some people who really need help, They could just pm you on chatbox, and it would be quicker for others to ask eachother for help.

Thats why you have personal messaging.  A chatbox on here would be a nightmare.  Between the spam and the pottymouths messages would get lost and help would not be available.  Posting in open forum for help is the best way to get your questions answered after you have exhausted the search feature.
