I've seen this on the SMF site. I'm not sure if it's already added, mods or admins feel free to remove if it is but.

A feature that stops people posting in a certain board, say an adverstising board without it being approved by a moderator or admin.

The option that a post must be approved by an admin for certain users or a certain board is not available on SMFForFree, but I think it is a good idea.
