Its dead. There hasnt been any activity on it since February. So I asked here instead.

I was trying to promote not swiping it  as there are forums that have designed styles only for their own forum, wanting to be different and it feels not right to just up and take a style without asking for it

Colonel Pepsi it looks to me to be one that possibly deathwilldie created.
He used to have (may still have) a forum where he posted them and had some he did not post here.
You could always pm him here and ask him about the stylesheet/css.  or check http://www.styleyourforum.com/ and see if he may have added it there.

Since the style is not listed here its just a good idea to ask the Admin of the site you see it on if they mind you using it.   There ARE forums that do have styles they do not want others to use  (rightfully so)    If you can not get in touch with the Admin I dont feel (personal opinion) it is right to just steal it.

Personally and ethically I wont tell you to do that.  That is up to you.
edit:  havin done some searching Im positive death made that style and just never posted it here but may well have been for download from his forum.  His forum is closed.    You should contact him via pm and ask him about the style.  He will more then likely just give it to you.
