You should try this one:

You could resize your banner to the same size as the header graphic and replace it.  (581x177)   Set the forum width so that you dont have to worry about the header image repeating.
Change the catbg image to more of an orange color if needbe

You might want to try to do it yourself.  There are loads of resources on here, Stylesheet Making Tips/Helpful Links and several people that will help you out if you get stuck.
