Dna I stuck the link to the theme so that if anyone does want to make it for you they know what the style is, where to get what they need to do it, how to contact the author to ask permission.    They do at "least" have to give the author credit for the style if they do recreate it and a link back to his/her forum if possible.    Although you "can" download the theme from the simplemachines site there is no way to add a theme to your forum.  Someone would have to redo the stylesheet (the css) so that it could be used on your forum.

Edit:  I took a look at the theme, went thru the css for it.  Because of how that theme is done it is going to be very difficult and time consuming to recreate it.   Someone may try to do so if they have a LOT of time.  

If you are running a forum yourself on your own server space and are not using a forum hosted with this service you need to use simplemachines.org community forum for help.   This forum is for forums hosted by SMF for Free only.   You can download the theme from them and use it.

If you ARE using this service and have a forum hosted on it the only way to use that theme would be for someone to convert it, if they are able to, and give you the css for it.  (that theme would be a pain to convert.. ive looked at it)
