Give me an idea for a Stylesheet

Need some ideas/help

I am working on a stylesheet for my forum and I need help with part of it.

Preview

The image at the very top is what I want all the Catbgs to be like. But for some reason the padding only works for the first catbg where the banner would go or the part that says UG skin.

So Im wondering if anyone would know how to make the padding work for all the catbg's.

In the padding for catbg if you do this for the padding the titles of the categories on the main index will be in that blue area:

padding: 8px 5px 5px 110px !important;

It wont move it to there for the catbg's in the info center, arcade, some other areas. Not sure how to do that

Alright Thanks. Moosie said he can probably make a code so it will change the padding for the Info Center and stuff like that.
