You would have to resize the image using a graphics program.
There is currently no way, using css, to stretch an image so that it will fill the screen no matter the users screen resolution settings.   (apparently there will be with css3)

Ok the reason why it is resized is because Photobucket resizes automatically.  You will have to host it on something else like http://imageshack.us/index.php , http://www.imagecave.com/.

You have to set your image max size on Photobucket to ensure that does not happen.

With a Free PB acct if you set it to 1 megabyte file size and keep the graphic image under that filesize it will NOT resize the image's dimensions.

well i usually if i have to edit something,i believe in the code there shouuld be somthing with the image dimensions in it.. just edit those.. i dont know if it will work because if you edit some copyrighted things (i.e. the weather block from weatherreport.com) it doesnt show up right..
