Lisa, here's some info that can be really helpful.  Read through the guides and threads, there is a wealth of information there.

Admin > Manage Styles
Click Create Style
Type a name for the new style in the box - scroll to the bottom and save
Click Modify Style
Choose the style you created - click Pick Style
Scroll to the bottom - erase all of the existing css in the box - paste the new code in.
Click Modify Style
To use your new style choose it in the dropdown menu from Manage Styles.

I think she's requesting that someone make her a custom stylesheet, not how to install it.

Most likely, but it never hurts to have the info to try it yourself in case no one is available to make one.  What with school starting back up and everyone evidently very busy it could be a long wait til someone is free to do it.

It may be usefull in the feature if you know how to make one so u can just get to making one for yourself instead of waiting for someone to do it in there free time that they have. If you would like to study up and learn how to make your own style sheet, this will be a great help http://w3schools.com/css/ . Also if u ever get stumped on something i found that looking at ones that people have already created, it can help out a lot.
