you can not do that.
The stylesheet would be the same on all pages on your forum.

simply u seee a bar under news where there is home how can i change the names or add some?

Check the Code Index link I gave you.
There are codes there in the Tab section for changing, hiding, adding tabs

i got prob now when i click on header and footer they arent anymore there  Undecided

umm I can see everything on your page that is in your header and footer.   It is pretty hard to read though.
A lot of people use that code and Moose does sometimes run out of bandwidth with ripway for the code.  When the happens the code will not work properly until he has bandwidth again.
