You'll need to modify the stylesheet via Manage Styles and change the font color(s) in the css.

Leave a post in the thread for the specific stylesheet you are using and possibly the styles creator can help you with it.   Be specific on what text you want to change and what color you want to use.   Use screenshots if necessary.
