llibit I dont mind if you use the two images.

Put this for the off and new_none images:

It looks to me that you did not use the correct urls for the images.

When you are at Photobucket these are the urls you want to use for the customize image urls:

I took a look at your source code.   You still have your links there, but they are not the correct links from Photobucket.     I wrote a little guide yesterday that should help you.   You need the DIRECT LINK of the image and nothing more..      these are all you should put in there..   it has to be the direct link

Hey, I just told the owner of my home forums that I go to and he said their is No Headers or Footers? Is that true, because he said it wont work on the forums because of that.

It's in the CSS not header/footers.  You have to modify the CSS code.
