Hi Ultra.   The background image IS in the css but some reason that image is missing in that Photobucket account. Tried to track it down with no luck.   I have another version of the background (has a few more crabs on the center image) and have redone the css, and the custom images in the directions so grab the css from the instructions again.  All of the images now are on styleyourforum.com so they will not disappear.
