For the record, your forum must still be totally in english with or without this code. This code can't be used as an excuse to have other languages

Not saying this to anyone in particular, just want to make sure we don't have somebody lose a forum over a misunderstanding.
How does this apply if a non English member posts in their language. What shows. Is the text in their language or does the text appear in English and if so, and we are seeing their post in English, how does it look to the posters and their language?
I am very interested in bringing folks into my forum from International places.
What, how, who, where, does a site translator come in to play without breaking the above rule?
