First of all, this is a support forum. Let us all be respectful. We never use that language here. This happens because you put in the wrong code in your headers.

You put
Code:
<script src="http://gnarlyscape.smfforfreex.com/jquery.js"></script>
It should be
Code:
<script src="http://gnarlyscape.smfforfree4.com/jquery.js"></script>
But this is enough
Code:
<script src="jquery.js"></script>
.

How do you change it when it's redirecting? First disable javascript.
To do that in FireFox,
Tools>Option>Content>Uncheck Enable Javascript.

Then go to your forum and change the code.

You can't.   The Add More Tabs Code adds tabs after the logout tab.

I am not sure what part you are stuck on.

Link Name is what you want on the tab-just like it says home, profile.  You just put in what you want the tab to say

URL for Link is the URL of the page where you want people to go when they click on it.

Headers and Footers are in Admin CP-Configuration-Manage Styles-Edit Headers and Footers

If it says put in headers, put it in the top box

If it says footers, put it in the bottom box.
