While playing with this on a test forum, it did the exact same thing. No matter what I changed the color code to within the CSS part of the code, it would stay black.

For whatever reason, the test forum just suddenly started to work and the background just showed up on it's own..

After moving the code to my actual forum, it did the same thing. The background just stayed black. I thought maybe it would correct itself like the test forum did. Nope...... 

Anyhooo....... need some help.

By the way. The code that has now been moved to my actual forum is the exact same as that within the test forum.

 

Sometimes it hangs and you have to refresh the page or even clear the cache to get it to show up.
