SMF Codes

I'm interesting in writing some javascript codes for headers & footers for SMFForFree - just wondering if there's anything I can't do.  Obviously I know you can't remove the ads etc, but a javascript option to remove the search box at the bottom?  And the MySQL/PHP/W3C images at the bottom (but not the copyright)?

Yeah you can do that. That's some advanced stuff. Just don't remove the ad's or copyright, or google seach box.
Everything else is pretty much fair game.

Yeah the google search box.  I am working on having the deafult theme completely customizeable but takes time.
