those are already built into yoir forum.

To turn on quick reply:

**for yourself: go to your profile > look and layout preferences > where it says "Use quick reply on topic display" select "show on by default", click save.

** for all your members: go to admin cp > current theme > reset options tab > clock on "reset all members current options for this theme > scroll down and where it says "Use quick reply on topic display" - change the LEFT drop down menu to "Change", and the RIGHT drop down menu to "show on by default", click save.

to set it so you can see who else is viewing the topic, go to Admin CP > Current Theme > where it says "Show who is viewing the board index and posts" - select either show only numbers or show members names
