Instructions:
Go to admin/Legacy Portal Settings
Now add a new block named "MemberGroup Quick List" you can rename it anything you like
The type will be "html"
And align it to the center.
Click add block
Now once it has finished adding it. at admin/Legacy Portal Settings under the new block Edit Html

Now add this code

Then click Edit Html e.g. just save it

Note: that that your Portal has to be enabled/turned on.

I have put this code in rows so that you would be able to edit it easily

Change the thickness of the frames by editing this line <table border="1"> change the number. The higher the thicker
