Can I place this chat box within the forums header, footer, sidebar or perhaps paste the code within a board like the Yellbox I am presently experimenting with ? 

Or will it only work as part of the EZ Portal/Home page ?

It won't work there because it isn't code based. Like you don't physically add the code to your board like you do with other chatboxes. It's a paid add-on.

So it can't be placed any where within the actual forum ? So it will show up within an EZ Portal page only.., correct ?

And just one more question for now... What is the maximum amount of characters that can be posted per chat/shout/posting ?

I have had a time trying to add a shoutbox...I am a beginner at this stuff...everything else I can do..but this has failed me..I did get close...I made a category and then board for the shoutbox and pasted code in the category..and then went to EZPortal...it partially showed up..size all wrong and took up too much space..but the shoutbox was small..
Can anyone help me out with this please?
