Could you just put it in a portal block to make it only show up on certain pages?

That would actually work alot better. Getting an alert everytime you make a click can be really annoying and drag people away from your forum. However, (don't quote me on this, I haven't tried it.) I don't think JavaScript works in EzBlocks.

I don't find this useful at all.   For announcements, just use a announcement script and it'll add a sticky box into your page at certain pages, but alerts (pop-ups) are way too annoying.   Not recommended, even in a certain page, sorry!

As stated in previous posts, it will work in an EzBlock. Which means it would only happen on that ONE page.

Well - to be honest, I am not trying to be rude.   I am just saying my option, as other peoples options will be different, and I'm pretty sure about it.    Like, its probably useless for me because I've got a another solution instead of this.
