Eliminate? Like tranparent? I don't know how to do that but you could simply insert an image or match the colour of your current background and it should do the same.

yes I am aware that transparency does not work with some browsers...
I am now wondering if I can place my background color in the affiliate table...?

Doesn't table class transpareny actually check a stylesheet?
So in that case you would need to have a table class named transpareny defined with transparent in your stylesheet.\

So I don't think that would work unless you are using a stylesheet. (I'm pretty sure)
Edit: Methinks inline stylesheet in your header would make that work. Give me a second. I have ideas.

crasy,  yes and he would have to edit the header as well in order to make this work.
After looking thru his code I cannot do it the way I did for the little project I was working on.
This is different.. if he does put the code in the header its going to change more then that footer background.

something like this crasy?

Put this in your "head".
Code: [Select]
<#style type="text/css"#>
.transparent {filter:alpha(opacity="50");}
<#/style#>
You can adjust the transparency by modifying the opacity. O is all the way transparent.

And in your "table" tag... put "class="transparent" ... and that should do it.

EDIT BY AGENT MOOSE: Added the code tags
