So it slows down instead of stopping when your mouse is over it?

Remove this, "onmouseover="this.stop()" "

Well, that will stop it from stopping when the mouse goes over it. Give me a minute and I'll fiddle around with one that slows down.
Edit: Sorry, I have no idea how to do it. Well, tomorrow I can give it another shot.
