I would love to have a programmer making a game for my forum, a very good and customized game!

Nation Warz!
I would like it to be server game where everyone can play together like multiplayer.

Text-based Game
Multiplayer RPG
Time-based Game
Langauge: PHP, Server.

Can someone do it for me for free because I'm young to pay the cash for credits...

Please do it for free!!! I desperately need someone who is going to be very willing to do it for me and enjoy programming themselves!!!
