how do i add this rely cool layout i found i got the code but i dont know how or were to add it

if you go to Admin>>Manage Styles and scroll down, you will se it in a list of Usermade styles. click on it and it will install it into your forums.

This thread is for the Living Avatars addon.  
You mentioned "layout"   Do you mean a forum stylesheet?
