Yeah that tag is generated by our forums here.

After running a few local tests, I have discovered that the issue is with the X-UA-Compatible meta tag.

The site is using this:
Code:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />

When I run my local test with the above it shows no rounding of the borders and instead shows them as straight edges.

If instead I change the above meta tag to the following, it shows the rounded borders.
Code:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9" />
or
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9" />

Something tells me that is generated by the system and it is not something I can control on my forum.   Cry

Forum Url: http://fordhamfans.smfforfree.com
I created a new stylesheet for my forum, looking to eliminate the need for images unless absolutely necessary.

To get the rounded edges for the menus I am using border radius.

For maintab_back, for instance, I have the following
.maintab_back
{
   color:#800000;
   background-color: #FFFFFF;
   border-left:1px solid #800000;
   border-right:1px solid #800000;
   border-bottom:1px solid #800000;
   border-bottom-right-radius:10px;
   border-bottom-left-radius:10px;
}

This works well enough in Chrome, but in IE11 border-bottom-right-radius and border-bottom-left-radius seem to be ignored.  When right-click and "inspect element" in developer tools those two properties show with a red squiggly underline.  When I try to type the property in on the developer tool it is not available.  If I do the same on this support forum, the property is available however, so it does not appear to be an issue inherent to IE11, but rather something in my stylesheet possibly.  I have not tested other browsers yet.

My CSS is contained in the code box below.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Code:
/* Normal, standard links. */
a:link
{

Hi guys,

I am very new to this, I just created a forum and have been trying to figure this out. I know how to put a "logo" image up...theme settings and enter the URL of where the image can be retrieved from.

Here is the issue I am having, the way I have the forum set up guests cannot see any of the boards until they register and log in.
If I post my logo image inside my forum on one of the boards and copy that URL to the theme settings, it works but only after a user is logged in...How can I do it so guests can see the logo but still none of the forum content unless they log in?

Should I host the image somewhere else outside the forum or is there a way to do it within my forum?

If yes then how and is one way better than the other?

I hope this is in the right section, this is my first post here.

Thanks

Hey all,

New user here Tongue  I have installed the Pulse theme on my SMF forums, and everything is going smoothly.  The issue I am stuck on is changing the banner size.  I have figured out how to remove the "Pulse" logo and put my website logo on there, but the image isn't displaying correctly (seems to be using the same dimensions as the previous Pulse logo was).  The image I uploaded is 750x250, but the displayed image is only 334x111.  I have tried to manually add width and height tags but to no avail.

Here's the code:

Code:
<!--banner area start-->
      <div class="banner_area">
         <div class="banner_area_banner_div">
            <a href="', $scripturl ,'">
               <img class="banner_area_banner_image" src="', $settings['theme_url'], '/images/NexusElitesLogo.png" alt="', $txt['vp_banner_image_alt'] ,'" align="left"/>
            </a>
         </div>

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
