SMFForFree.com has just launched Badge Awards feature to all hosted forums.

Forum members earn badges automatically by completing certain tasks such as posting milestones such as 1 post, 1000 posts, 5000 posts etc. Users can also earn badges for completing different actions such as adding an avatar, signature, searching, uploading pictures etc. Users can also earn level badges by earning a certain amount of badges for each level. Some benefits of Badge Awards system are increasing user engagement in the forums and takes advantage of the new gamification trends that are happening online.
Over 50+ badges are already built into the system and are ready to use.

You can expand the badges by uploading custom badges to forum then you are able to give those badges to members.

To install and enable this system go to the admin panel and click on the Badges link.

Just rolled out a new feature to all forums auto posting of topics to Facebook either to your profile or your fan page.

This feature can be found in your admin control panel under FB Post Topics.

Updated the Store, Classifieds and Gallery systems for all forums to latest versions.


Store Updates
!Fixed bug with toggle shipping
+Users can add their own products. New permission for users to manage their own products to a category that has the userstore permission. With the Userstore permission they gain two new tabs MyProducts and MyTransactions. MyProducts lists the products the user controls and MyTransactions lists any purchases/orders that were made from their products.
