I've been seeing such lot of topics about shoutboxes, but I wonder what is a shout box. Can anyone tell me? And how to add it too, thanks.   :)

1. It's time is not fixed. It always stays at April042007
2. I changed it's name.. how can I totally change it's name? When you point at the new logo it always shows the old name....
3. The logo keeps on blinking for no reason.
4. Can I make some users vagrant? As in: You can't PM them... can't view the profile....
5. How can I add more smileys? Or just even change the old ones? Where can you find them anyway
6. How can I change the URL of the forum?
7. How can I add more text boxes when you register instead of the Username and Password, e-mail add.
8. What are these BBC codes? (insert FTP link, flash)
9. How can I insert various codes like for example: If your vagrant, your username is grey and unclickable, if a mod green, if a simple member, black text, and if a admin. blue or red text
10. How can I make the logo clickable so we can just return to the home page immediantly?
11. How can I send a "NOTE" to the members that they are breaking rules?

There are more problems that I have... I just can't seem to remember them. Sorry for all of that...
