General Support / Emojis Stopped Working On My Page

I can see the emojis on this page, but on my page they've looked like this for 2 days in a row. I cleared my cache in case that was it, but I'm still getting the same problem. Any advice?

A member at my site messaged that he's not getting emailed notifications for anything posted. I think he uses Hotmail, which I suppose would be Outlook these days. Any tips for getting the notifications going again?

A member states that he's subscribed to notifications for the threads on our site, but it doesn't work consistently for him. For example, we have a "general" board that pertains to a particular TV show and an "off-topic" board for other stuff. Some of the off-topic notifications go through to him. None of the ones from the general board went through to him yesterday. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Hello! One of the members at my site sent me a message with the following question:

"I'm not sure whats going on but for the past several days I've tried to change my avatar and the site wouldn't post my new photo. Then tonite I tried another 4 times and it now got rid of my photo completely so that nothing is there. Do you have any idea what might be going on?"

Earlier tonight I saw that she had a different avatar than usual. Now she doesn't have one at all, just like she mentioned. Do any of you have suggestions I could pass along to her? Thanks for your help!

General Support / Setting Permissions On Arcade?

I'm following the arcade guide to put a small amount of games on my site, but I seem to be screwing up how to set the permissions. I went to arcade admin>categories, and the word "default" shows up. I clicked on the little plus sign and checked everything except for guests.

Then a member posted that she couldn't access the arcade, and I went to arcade admin>settings, and changed "permission mode" to none, thinking that I wouldn't have to set up categories of members to have permission.

If I go to admin>members>permissions, I'm not sure what to click on next. I'm trying to set it up where any member can access and play on the arcade, but not guests. How do I do that? Thanks!
