alright what i'm looking for is an HTML image code or something that will allow me to switch image backgrounds every X seconds,X minutes,X hours , etc.If anyone could help me out or provide me with the code it will be much appreciated.

You can use it to rotate images.  Upload your images to Photobucket.    Then use the urls from your Photobucket account with this service.   (It is Free)    It will make an image for you, and give you the url.   You can use it on webpages, forums.    You can use it to swap your avatar,  your signature, a banner, wallpaper...  use your imagination.   One of my forum members posted about this and I just came across it..  tried it out and it works GREAT.  I rememberd this post and thought "maybe' it would help you.
