Permissions/Based off of: Like based of Moderator Powers etc,

Drop Down Options for By Type:

Restrictive
Standard
Moderator
Maintanince

Drop Down Options For Based Off Of:
 
Guest
Regular Members
Global Moderators

Thats whats your group is based off like example the powers of mod to your group you would put
based of or by type moderator.

Visible Boards: the boards you want your group to see, if all check all

Now click add group and your done.
