I had trouble with members being logged out when my forum URL was cloaked. So the only host I recommend is .co.nr , it gives you the option to not cloak your URL...

another good site is notlong

it just basically sends you straight to the forum with no ads and it doesn't slow down the forum at all. also u can change the main site that u redirect to at any time as many times as you want.
