Step 1: Get to Custom Profile Fields. (Admin CP -> Features and Options -> Custom Profile Fields.
Step 2: Make a new custom field (if you want there to be more than 1 rewards at a time for a person put it as text area. Only let admins edit, and make sure it can be shown in profile and under posts.
Step 3: To Edit: Enter a profile -> Forum Profile Information -> Look at whatever you have called the reward field and write the rewards.
Step 4: You're done!

You can use images. When you set up the award profile field, make sure to click "Parse BBCode", and "Admin Edit Only", then go to that person's profile information, and put the BBCode of the image into that field.

If so, you can make it so you have about 3 awards, then write
and the next awards will go on a new line.

The BBC Code you will need to use is [/br/] without the two /'s either side of br.
