heres how to get to header/footers.
                                          1. Log on first
                                          2. go to the top click admin
                                          3. go to the side and find manage styles threw the list
                                          4. on the top on the right it says "headers/footers'" click it and ur there

ok, i'll just ask here... is there any way to see all the existing membergroups?  (if one is not an admin/moderator but just an average user?)

If you have given them permission to view the Member List (accessible by clicking Members on the tab bar)   You can click that then click on "Position"  It will organize members by Membergroup.
