To do this go to admincp/Legacy Portal Settings, and then enable portal and click save settings.
Now add a block and call it anything you like or dont call it anything, its your decision.
Choose the type has a HTML block and align it to the Center.
Okay now add the block and once it is added click edit.
Now paste this in it.
