The following code is used with the Custom Profile Fields (accessed from Features and Options). It will allow your members to place a YouTube video directly on their profile page.

Make sure the 'Parse BBC' is UNchecked.

Text to display before field (BBC is ok if enabled above)

All the member will need to do, is place all the text following the ' = ' sign in the video url, into the text field on their Forum Profile Information page, and click save.

This code can be modified to adjust the width and height of the player to better suit your needs, but remember to change them both in the 'before' AND 'after' codes.

Did you put the entire URL or just the part after the = sign?

I think you have to include the = .. could be wrong though. Try it that way if you're still having problems let me know.
