Looks like Devil is down on the job lol. I'll try to take over from here

Underneath forum in the Admin CP, click on Smileys and Message Icons and enable customized smileys.

After that is enabled, put this in the box for Base URL to all smiley sets:
http://www.smfboards.com/Smileys/

And then you continue with the guide Smiley

Say if you need any more help

When i click the link http://www.smfboards.com/Smileys/ , it always opens up, but only to a white screen. Why doesn't it fully load?

You dont have access to that folder to see what is in it by clicking on it.
All you need to do as far as that url is concerned is to follow the guide and put it in as the base url as it says in the guide.  If you follow each step it will work fine

It's not the wrong link, you dont have to click it. Just put it in the spot for Base URL to all smiley sets, Theres not supposed to be anything there when you click it, its just a URL for your smileys Wink
