In order to upload smileys to your forum you have to purchase the Custom Smiley Upgrade
This Guide explains how to upload them - but you do have to purchase the upgrade in order for that to be available to you

Forum Url: http://pogojustpogo.smfforfree3.comHelp, help, help. I am trying to install the Custom Smiley upgrade and yes I did buy it and got confirmation on it. I am at Step 3 here is what I have but then I get an Error.  And this is the error I am getting.. An Error Has Occurred!
Unable to import smiley set. Either the directory is invalid or cannot be accessed.
