Not sure if this will help, but have you checked the permissions for each membergroup? I have had that happen, but it usually has straightened itself out. You could have them try clearing temp files, cookies and things. Does it happen for every game that they play or just certain games?

Oh. Andy, you were playing the game for too long. The session expired. Go to Admin>CP>Forum Settings>Feature Config.>Seconds before an unused session timeout
Place anything above 2400 in that box.
I keep mine at 2950, which gives me plenty of time.

You should create a member account that you can use to check things like that. We don't login to your forum to do that for you.

I created a new membersgroup, added two of my members to that list, but they can't see or play any of the games. I believe they are allowed to access, view & play in the arcade. Erm.. help?

When you create a membergroup, you should make it under regular groups, not post count based groups. Then go to Admin>Permissions. Click modify on the group you made. After that you should see a page that looks like this. On the right side at the top you have your arcade permissions. You can check off the ones you want that group to have. In your case, you probably want View Arcade, and Play Arcade checked for that group.

I've done all of that! Also, the new new membersgroup I created have identical permissions to the Global Moderator. They also have access to all the boards - and just about every page in the forum.
Maybe Im not explaining myself correctly. The new membersgroup can access the arcade page, only they cant see any of the games that everybody else can see and play.

Depending on how you have Perimissions mode set in the Arcade's settings you would need to do more then give each Membergroup Permissions to the Arcade. Read this part of the Guide again: Permission Mode - read carefully as it can effect whether your members can access the games or not. If set to "none" will use the Boards Permissions If set to "Category Only" or "Category or Game" you will need to change the Category permissions. For Category permissions go to "Categories" and click on the little + next to the category you have created. This will show the membergroups that have permission to access that category. Simplest thing to do (if you dont wish to put your Games in Categorys and allow certan Groups access to certain Categorys (in other words: everyone plays all games) - set Permissions Mode to "None" If you ARE Categorizing the Games you need to follow the directions above for Category Permissions.

Thank you for your advice, Sybil, now everyone can see and play in the arcade. Now Im wondering why video games are so important for grown men.

Question: How many games added to my arcade is too many. I have 1,217 games installed. Bad idea? Maybe I should have asked, how many games should I have in my arcade? Will it slow me down on the forum?

Nope. You can install as many games as you want and it should't affect forum speed at all.
