Title: [Guide] A Good Way To Make A Reward System

Step 1: Get to Custom Profile Fields. (Admin CP -> Features and Options -> Custom Profile Fields.

Step 2: Make a new custom field (if you want there to be more than 1 rewards at a time for a person put it as text area. Only let admins edit, and make sure it can be shown in profile and under posts.

Step 3: To Edit: Enter a profile -> Forum Profile Information -> Look at whatever you have called the reward field and write the rewards.

Step 4: You're done!

yh but there aren't any pics some forums have got a reward system with pics in the rewards that wht we shud have

You can use images.  When you set up the award profile field, make sure to click "Parse BBCode", and "Admin Edit Only", then go to that person's profile information, and put the BBCode of the image into that field.

If it's BBC Code, I don't know if
 works?

If so, you can make it so you have about 3 awards, then write
 and the next awards will go on a new line.

OK, yes
 does work as shown on my post.

The BBC Code you will need to use is [/br/] without the two /'s either side of br.

i did text. i enebled the show below post count and it doesnt show it there:S

Use Admin > Features and Options > Karma

Hey been searching on the forum for a bit and i though that people will need images to the system Reward Icons for poKemons.

well to add the reward icon go to Member -> Select the User you wan't to add the Icon.->Forum Profile Information.

well hi there this is me again with more icons to add to the system reward. Plz if you used The medals plz post took 1 hour to search them , and edit them.



To put the icons go to Member Tab--------> Click the member you wan't to add the icon-------->Forum profile information------>add the code where it said Reward.

You could set up a rewards (or warning) system using Custom Profile Fields (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/guides_and_tutorials/guide_custom_profile_fields_all_smf_versions-t3061.0.html;msg17314#msg17314)

THere are also ideas in the Guides & Tutorials Index (http://www.smfsupport.com/support/guides_and_tutorials/guides_and_tutorials_index-t3685.0.html;msg18507#msg18507)

Its basically putting an image in the area under a members post count in thier posts to reward them.
