Ok, So I edited my post! Heres the pictures!

This is the NORMAL Copy!

Using the texture and spinner

and finsihing touches!

Umm , isnt photobucket an imagehost ? Nothing you do there is going to make it better.
Or do you mean photoshop ?

To be honest you'll never make silk out of a sows ear no matter what program you use.
You need a usable image before you can make it better, the image you have is not good at all , sorry.

Tspeed... PHotobucket added some photo editing tools to their site awhile ago.   (they arent that great)
You click  the "edit" link just above a picture to use them.

click thumbnail:



edit: playing around with it abit.  actually there are some things you can do with it if you dont have access to a graphics program that make it easy.   Some nice stuff in it but I dont see it as being "great" for trying to improve a photo much.

Thanks for the info Sibyl, I don't use free hosts much and never had an account there.

Lucas ,
Can i ask what it is you plan to use the image for ?
Did you make the original ? , i mean no disrespect but it just looks slapped together and i can make no sense out of it .
I may well be able to help if you give an idea of what you intend this image for ?
And the first thing i would do is get a better capture of those icons on there (at least it looks like a cap)

Its for My Freind Cerda'd Forum CerdaScape. He has an admin center in his game, so I edited RS Items and Slapped it all!
