Photoshop and GIMP. There's not a big difference. You can still make awesome graphics with GIMP, like you did here.

 Only signature I ever made with photoshop but  I didn't like PS. Too diffacult to use, Specialy when I have used gimp for the past 2years. |

They are nice, but maybe they are a bit over-sharpened. Also you might want to work on lighting for your future sigs.
