Taking a peice of picture out of one and placing it into another, often used in Graphics..

If you got PS (Photoshop) you render something by using the "Lasso Tool" or something like that.IF your using GIMP,You use "Path Tools" to render.Oh and if you render a image you take the image off of the background.(It's like make a transperent background with the render).My explaination of it,Lol.
