Graphics Software: Artweaver Free

For those that cannot afford Photoshop or Fireworks -   give Artweaver a try.   Although its not my main graphics program (Im using a very old version of Paint Shop Pro) this program gives me the ability to open and manipulate Photoshop psds.  Am able to also save the psds and then can open them and work with them in Paint Shop since Im more used to the program.     Its much better then Gimp and worth a looksee.

Better than GIMP?? I find that hard to believe. I shall give this a run.
