You can either draw it pixel by pixel, or you can simply erase the letter (in this case, the "A"), and use some graphic editing software to add the "M" that you want.

Kinda tricky, even I sorta fail at it.

I have attempted to do this with Photoshop, but with the images being so small already, it is tricky and can result in poor iimages.

You may be best looking for blank crowns and adding a letter that way, or althernatively, look for larger crowns, add letters and then shrink them down.

but what kind of program use ? GIMP or Photoshop.?

I use GIMP.
