managed to find your url.
I cannot see what is going on and your on/off images appear to be fine.
Try logging out, close, then reopen your browser and go back in.. see if it is still happening.

If you have added any new codes to your forum try disabling javascript in your browser and see if it lets you in that way.    I need to also let you know that forums with this service have to be English only, per the SMF for Free - Terms of Use
   

To disable Javascript in Firefox: 
Tools > Options >  Content >  take checkmark out of  "enable Javascript"  in Firefox

To disable Javascript in Internet Explorer:
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options... .
Click the Security tab.
Click Custom Level... .
Scroll to the "Scripting" section of the list. Click Disable or Enable.
Close and restart your browser.
   

The difference is it is hard to understand and nearly all of us here speaks english not arabic. and its the TOS. that is why it has to be english overwise it'll be hard to get support.
