How do I Add to My Forum?

I'm REALLY new here and I don't know how to add more general forums to my website. Is there a button that I can push to add a forum to my website? If so, is there a button to edit it to do things like change the name of it? I'm also logged onto my admin account and I've been looking around ALOT, but I can't find anything that will help me. Sad
