Forum Url: http://bronzescape.smfforfree3.comIf you accidentally deleted an account, is there anyway to restore it?? There was 1000 posts on the account, it's all gone now. THE POSTS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED, THEY HAVE THEIR STATUS AS "GUEST".

alright alright, ask the admin to delete "Kalphite", then re-register it and ask him to set the post count to 1000.

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can recover that information. Hopefully the posts remained as guest post so as not to break the threads.
Reset the account and reset the post count is all you can do.

Laundry Lady is correct. There is no way to put that back as it was. If you delete a members account and leave the posts the posts are then shown as being written by Guest. That is how it works; it can not be undone.

Kind of but it doesn't matter anymore.
SMF could have changed the account ID but it doesn't matter anymore.

It's just not practical for SMF to fix errors such as that all the time. Plus it would leave some other tables a bit off if the ID's were changed willy-nilly.
